Honey Monster Fried Chicken Ramen

The fried chicken trendies are so yummy and the kfc sauce is awesome sweet and spicy, great service and friendly staff, I haven't tried the ramen yet but can't wait!

Looking for lunch in Wasaga Beach but not having much luck we decided to go to Honey Monster Gourmet Crispy Chicken. Easier said than done however, it's not difficult to find but would have been better to know that you must park in a town pay for parking lot and walk over to the food stand. Once we figured that out all was good. Ordered the chicken sandwich which was delicious, absolutely perfect. Bonus was sitting on the rock wall and enjoying the really great people watching. Beach was packed but very distanced by the food stand area. I'll definitely return for another of these sandwiches.

This once a shipping container turned into a tiny kitchen is, aside from the beach, is one of the highlights of Wasaga and why I keep going back. Their main item, fried chicken and waffles. First off all, let 's talk location. This takeout place is at the main food hub of Wasaga Beach #1. As you turn the main road, this is close to the subway sandwich so not very easily missed. Look for the blue shipping containers. It 's the one with the patio section to the right. Now the food. Chicken and waffles. But not the usual southern style or Harlem New York kind of chicken and waffles. First of all, deep fried dark meat that 's boneless. Paired with fluffy waffles. What makes this combo different and standing out from everywhere else? The waffles has a sweetnees to it. The Chicken, topped with honey garlic sauce that 's more honey-ey than it is garlicky. And parmesan cheese. Yes. Parmesan cheese. The combination of the 3 makes for a medley of flavours thats a great trio to hit the taste buds. They also make for chicken Cesar salad and chicken sandwiches. I have not been disappointed here at all. Even the meals come with flavoured Italian Soda! Like coconut Lychee! Mixed berries, etc. Long story short, if you are ever in the Wasaga Beach area and are hungry, do your taste buds a favour and get some really good food from this place!

Located in Wasaga Beach Area 1, we decided to try their Chicken Waffles. The chicken was fried perfectly and juicy however we felt they added too much sauce to the waffle and it became soggy and too sweet.

Delicious! The chicken and waffles was very good! The chicken was crispy and very tasty and the waffle was perfect waffly goodness! But the best part was the toppings...honey and Parmesan. It sounds like a strange combination but it really worked They have several sauces you can choose from as well. The honey mustard went very well with the chicken And make sure to try their Italian soda for an extra $2. The berry flavour was delicious and refreshing. And had real blueberries in it too I'll be sure to stop by again the next time I'm in town
