Phenomenal Falafel - Steamboat Springs

Bob's cooking is absolutely fantastic! We spent a month in Israel enjoying falafel and hummus, and his dishes are the real deal! Everything is incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. It's clear that he has a passion for creating amazing meals, and it shines through in his preparation and presentation. Delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I tried the chimi special with chicken, while my husband enjoyed the phenomenal lamb dish. Don't miss the falafel snack either! We can't wait to visit the restaurant again and enjoy more amazing food!
