The Cabin - Steamboat Springs

The food here is fantastic, with a wide range of options. I usually visit for dinner, but I’ve also dropped by during happy hour to try the food. While the happy hour wings are okay, I find them a bit rubbery. The dinner menu is where this place truly excels. One of my favorite dishes is the Miso Salmon, and I also love the BLT burger, which is the only burger available during lunch. They serve fries with the sandwiches, and the ketchup they use is simply outstanding. For dessert, I always go for the ice cream brownie, and it never disappoints! The seating is only available indoors, but I believe they offer room service for your food.

Phillip was an excellent waiter. Making a reservation was a breeze, and when we needed extra time to decide on our orders, he was patient and attentive without being pushy. The dinner itself was fantastic, and our takeout order for someone off-campus was remembered and delivered right on time.

The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was truly exceptional. I'd highly recommend the breakfast sandwich. However, the drink prices are a bit steep, so if you're in the mood for a boozy brunch, you might want to look elsewhere. We were able to make reservations easily online, and I would definitely return for the amazing food. It was delicious!

This is a wonderful spot to relax after a day on the slopes, especially if you're staying at the resort! The food was amazing; I had the quesadilla twice and the chicken sandwich once, and both were delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely come back!

We stopped by for happy hour and had a great experience. The drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and chatty. It wasn't too crowded. We tried the rib eye quesadillas, and they were delicious!
