Great place for lunch! I love the homemade chips. Our waitress was the best.

We had reservations to meet our friends for dinner. We were seated in the bar. We questioned why we were not seated in the dining room and were told there was a private party in the dining room. The bar was extremely noisy and we would not be able to talk above the noise. So we left. Would not have made reservations to sit in the bar. Think Rafels should have called us to tell us the dining room was booked

The food quality is good. The speed of service was horrendous. We were sat at 530pm and finally out at 7:15. There was three of us and we ordered three cold sandwiches.

Have eaten there a number of times and have always found things very nice if a little pricey. Have even given gift certificates for Xmas. Lunch menu lacked anything of interest. Had to have a burger. It was made with meat loaf mix and I couldn't finish it. Was seated in the bar and was noisy. Waitress was attentive but soup, salad and a burger took a long time to come. Will probably not go back.

Always quick and always good. We eat here often and have never been disappointed
