Chipotle Mexican Grill

For a while , this location has been consistently lacking cleanliness and effort to restock utensils, ice, soda machine but today I find it super clean, tables wiped, everything restocked and I'm impressed with the cleanliness. Who ever is in charge (Mondays @noon) today (good team working today, fully staffed) is doing a great job in ensuring things are running well and maintaining order.

Walked in to this chipotle today just before 11:30 am to order some food. The guy behind the counter told me “You have to order through the app” and turned me away. So I turned around and sat down at a table to place my order through the app. As I look up I see this same guy serving everyone who came after me. I was the only one denied service. When I asked for manager, I was ignored and no one ever came out. Discrimination at its finest.

Order was missing 3 items. You can’t get help via the app AI. Super

This is a joke, we ordered online the portion of food is literally 1/2 of usual. I mean it looks like kids meal and what is the point. Please train your staff to make food or just move on.

One of my favorite places to eat lunch. Has the perfect, delicious food.
