Dunkin' - Stevens Point

It’s incredible how bright this team can make my day without even trying! It does not matter how rough of a day I may be having, Heidi, Amber and the rest of the team at this location always somehow manage to make it 1000x better with their upbeat attitudes and positive energy! The team here really does make all of the difference in the world!!

I called with a concern about a curb that I tripped on while carrying my three-year-old daughter, from which an injury resulted to her head and damage to my phone. When I called after several days of not having my call returned from the store manager, the store manager, Heidi, said that she did get my message and looked into it and it was not able to do anything for my phone and therefore did not call me back to let me know. I would not consider that to be quality customer service whatsoever. That's a shame. The video surveillance would reveal that my daughter hit her head very hard on the concrete.Kid-friendliness: No regard for cranium injuries to children

My donuts were of terrible consistency mirroring that of walmart donuts; shrink-flated in size, dry, and stale. How could an organization that built its business model on donuts allow their quality control to sink this low in that regard? Most importantly, my ice water tasted of mildew/mold??? Something must be done about this as it is a matter of public health.
