Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

We decided to order our food online to reduce the wait time at the restaurant. Despite expecting a slight delay due to it being dinner time (5:15 pm), we were surprised to wait nearly 40 minutes. Four customers who ordered in-store received their pizzas before me, as did two customers who placed phone orders. It was evident that the restaurant was understaffed, but there should be a more efficient system in place for fulfilling online orders. I suggest opting for phone or in-store ordering rather than online to avoid extended wait times.

Under new ownership by local owners, this restaurant offers excellent service and delicious pizza.

The overall experience at the restaurant and the pizza itself were mediocre. The pizza we ordered had an excessive amount of cheese, causing it to become messy and greasy.

Watched an employee drop a pizza crust on the floor, proceed to grab a different one for my pizza and then a different employee walks through and throws it back on the shelf to be used. I don?t recall any of the employees washing their hands at the veryvisible hand washing sink at any point during my visit. When I questioned the employee about the pizza crust he explained thatit was wrapped. Yes it?s wrapped but I didn?t see any of them change their gloves between touching the food, the wrapping, boxesor cash register for that matter. Definitely won?t be back for awhile ????.

The overall experience at this restaurant was good and the pizza was well-prepared. However, there was an excessive amount of cheese on our pizza, which made it messy and heavy.
