We stopped in for Fish Fry and were very pleasantly surprised by one of the tastiest fish we 've had in ages. We started with the salad bar, which looked a little tired but had plenty to satisfy our group. The potato salad was a highlight for me, as well as the hot bacon dressing slowly simmering in a crock. The cod was crispy but moist and very fresh. The fried shrimp, though, was the real standout and comes in a sizable mound. The beer batter in which it is fried was ahead ah-maze-ing! But the real star was the the sizeable, herbed potato pancake. My Brady old fashioned had a nice hit of bitters, which I really liked. Service was a bit on the inattentive side, probably the only real miss of the night.
We had an amazing server last night! This place is a traditional Supper Club. The Old Fashioned cocktails were very good. Most of us had the salad bar that was fresh with many choices and steaks. Filets, NY strip, ribeye, all cooked perfectly. The stroganoff and prime rib sandwich looked amazing. Recommended!
Love Wisconsin supper club! Great salad bar, great food, fantastic Old Fashioned cocktails, wonderful service.
If you like tough, overcooked steak, is this the place for you!!! Ordered a steak rare (because they didn't have any rare prime rib). Got shoe leather. Had it re-made and it was still tough. Terrible steak and the rest of the food was also mediocre.
Was there first time for Easter buffet. Me and Family we where very disappointed with the food, The Chicken was rubbery ham cold meat balls had a funky taste and barley warm, cost 90 dollars for two meal and 3 soft drinks and one coffee. Was warned by few people there quality went down hill not to go. I will not be back.
