Karoo Cafe - Stinkwater

The place is lovely, authentic Karoo, quiet and easy and offer early morning meeting and breakfast options, so no need to work at home. Coffee and juices are nice. Service a bit slow, but friendly staff and attentive. I think my Chicken Panini was okay, only criticism is that my chicken tasted a bit funky, but thats to my liking. Otherwise great place, id try something else from the menu next time if I go again

Despite having spent a lot of time in the area over the years, we only visited the Karoo Cafe very recently the first time for brunch and were very impressed. The Klein Karoo breakfast, pumpkin fritters, and lamb pie were all excellent generous portions and fresh ingredients. Prices were reasonable and the service was also courteous, and we'd definitely be back.

Great place. The food is excellent. There is also a lot of small craft and furniture place situated around the Cafe.

Absolutely LOVE Karoo!! The food is amazing, atmosphere top notch and the service excellent. Plus, for a bookworm like myself, the bookshop is a major plus. Karoo offers so much more than food and a happy atmosphere. Check this hidden gem out for yourself and meet Marshall, the beautiful Great Dane !
