We used to go regularly but we are not going back. Food is always late, about an hour or more usually and when collecting an order there are always key items missing. Had enough.

Very disappointed. Our first order from Rana’s. Booking online easy process and delivery was perfect.but. Regrettably one portion of pappadums was missing and the Basmati fried rice (essential item) was missing! Cash plus tip paid, add on missing items and this meal cost us an extra £10. Hardly a good start!!
