I read the negative comments and wonder if it's the same A&W... Personally, I go there once or twice a month and it doesn't matter, lunch, dinner, the service, the meals are great for fast food. Cashiers, kitchen, food and even the coffee is good and hot! There's another one at the Carrefour du Nord and it's the opposite, a downside there. On the other hand on Grand-Heron!! 5 stars! Thanks to all the teams. Am, pm and evenings. It’s not always easy for them don’t forget the tips!! $11.95 for a lunch like this with service and a smile, hot organic coffee! 5 stars!!! I wrote the comment below and I maintain it, even 5 years later. The food is good like in all the other AWs. On the other hand, there are regularly errors when I order by car. I stop there often and I absolutely have to look in my bag before leaving to avoid unpleasant surprises. I went to the drive-thru Wednesday evening March 6th. I asked for the Mama burger trio without onion and an apple turnover. I had onions in my burger and I had a raspberry turnover.
