Despite the empty restaurant, we waited for our food for an hour only for it to come out cold. It was incredibly frustrating to receive a cold pizza after such a long wait. The waiters were clearly upset and relayed our dissatisfaction to the kitchen. It seems that either the manager or the chef should be held accountable for this mishap. We were informed that many other diners had also left due to long wait times without receiving their food. Some received a full discount for their cold meals. The food itself was either cold or overcooked. While the presentation was decent, the flavors were lackluster. The fried cheese balls were frozen inside, likely due to the extended wait time. The cauliflower was overcooked and crispy, while the pizza cheese was dry and chewy due to it being cold. Overall, it was a huge disappointment, but the wait staff did their best to make things right.
The waiters were great to ease a great disappointment. We waited for dinner for 1 hour when the place was empty. The food came back cold! Seriously, how can you wait a pizza cold after an hour? The waiters were very outraged and gave feedback to the cook inside. It is either the manager or the cook that should be fired by this tip. They told us that many guests left the place today to wait more than an hour without food. Others have 100%! Discount for cold food, etc. The food was either cold or boiled. The presentation is good, but the aromas are 1 star. We got fried cheese balls that were frozen ( wait more than an hour). The cauliflower was cooked and crispy. The pizza cheese was dry and gumy (because it is cold). A great disappointment, but great waiters who will soon stop.

The food and drinks at this restaurant were really good. The atmosphere was okay, not exactly cozy, but had good vibes. The dinner was really enjoyable. However, there were two things that disappointed me. Firstly, we did not receive the correct discount on our food. It was awkward to have to ask about it while on a date. I hope the staff can be more careful in the future. Secondly, the restaurant's payment machine is complicated and almost forces you to leave a tip. I don't think this is right, especially in a country like Sweden where people have good wages. Tipping should not be mandatory. The serving staff's job is to assist customers, just like other professions don't receive tips for doing their job well. While I do usually leave a tip, I believe that people should not feel pressured to do so.
