It had been over 2 years since I last dined here, and I can definitely say that they have made a lot of improvements. I arrived at 8 o'clock and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Kory, who is the face of this establishment. He managed the team efficiently, was polite, and made me feel welcome. The leadership skills displayed by him were impressive. It is clear that the management has made significant improvements over the past 2 years. Even the staff at the drive-thru window was great! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. The branch operator has definitely put together a winning team. Keep up the great work, Chik-fil-A!
My family and I went to this restaurant and ordered from the drive-thru. A young trainee worker did her best to serve our meal, but unfortunately, a few items were missing and she had to go back to get them. I requested an ice cream cone, but it was served in a cup instead. After sending the cup back twice, she informed me that the store doesn't allow cones in the drive-thru. This came as a surprise to us, as it was not mentioned in the mobile app. She then suggested that I come inside to get one if I wanted it. While this was not a problem, the young worker rolled her eyes, which my mother noted as poor customer service. When I went inside, she avoided helping me by hiding behind the counter. Thankfully, her trainer, Jordan Jackson, stepped in and quickly replaced my stale fries with fresh ones. She handled the situation professionally and explained the store policy change when she returned to my car. Despite the initial mistakes, her swift resolution and professionalism made a difference. I hope the young trainee learns from this experience in the future. Jordan J has great potential in management and would be the reason why my family would consider returning to this restaurant. Thank you, Jordan, for your excellent leadership. I wish the overall experience had been better.
I placed a to-go order at this restaurant using my phone and when I arrived, they asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Once I received my order and returned home, I discovered that all they had given me was a salad, with no utensils or dressings. In hindsight, I should have checked my order before leaving.
I'm very shocked. I've been going to Chick-fil-A since I was a few girls in the 70s and 80s in ohio. this is the first time in all the years that I hath browns and eggs that cannot make the cheese melt revived. that really strengthened me to cook before I leave my own house.
This chick fil A like all the others always gets it right. From customer service to efficient wait time. The staff was positive and greeted me and wished me well as I left to enjoy my food choices. They are the best thing on Memorial Drive as they are respectful and appreciates their customers. Good job!
