How are you going to charge me more for the chunk chicken that comes on it. $2 upchage per sub. I don't like the rotisserie chicken. I like it the way it came out. Now it's $10.59 $2.00. Half the time, they want to charge me for extra cheese when that's what it comes with . When I asked the cashier about the charges she said it was for the chunk chicken. I believe ideserves a refund for the extra charges. DO BETTER SUBWAY. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband, sister in law and, myself were traveling from MD After sitting in over an hour and a half traffic jam, we stopped in to get a bite and stretch our legs. We decided to go to Subway, only to be greeted with a female behind the counter, telling us, as soon as we got in the door. We close in 15 min. Look at all these ppl coming in here to eat this late! I felt like I wasn 't welcome and really just wanted to leave, but we were hungry. We got our food, but the entire time was a very uncomfortable, tense feeling in the store as she was preparing food for ALL of the customers patronizing her establishment. The sub was good, but the service was not! Customers should feel welcomed, not unwelcome when entering a place they decided to patronize! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This was the worst subway I have ever been to!!! The staff is very rude and yell at the customers for trying to customize their subs.
This looks like a farely new location. Nice and clean. Food looked fresh. I walked in as the server was walking back to the back.The door bell chimed. I stood and looked at the menu for a few moments, and when the server didn 't return, I said, Hello, excuse me loudly twice. This older lady, maybe in her 60s, pops her head in the doorway and says, How 'd you get in here the door bell didn 't ring.... I said it did, and maybe she was distracted.... she continued to make an issue of the doorbell, and I stated, I 'm sorry, but not my fault you didn 't hear it. She was short, curt, and just flat out rude. Another customer entered and we proceeded to have a conversation, which seemed to upset her more as she proceeded to ask back and forth what I wanted and what he wanted(not in a nice or kind way) To the point that I apologized to the gentleman for Her rudeness. I don 't know if she was having a bad day. Or if she was racist because I look like a white woman (I 'm hispanic), all the other customers were brown or black and she was nice to them. I absolutely HATE stating that, but it seemed that way to me. She was nicer to the gentleman, and he was black. I said please and thank you to her questions. I even addressed her as ma 'am. Tried to be as kind as possible, but she just remained short, curt, and rude. I hope her day gets better, and if it 's just her manner, I pray God puts kindness and compassion in her heart.
