Spring Garden - Stottville

Pretty good Chinese food. Spring Garden has been around for as long as I can remember. The food has definitely improved since the days when dear old Dad took us there as kids. I would suggest they check the recipe for Moo Shoo Pork, however, as theirs was not great. Everything else was... pretty good!

I have the general Tsao's chicken and it was the best I ever had. So delicious. Crisp on the outside, perfect sauce taste, perfectly cooked white meat chicken on the inside. And some vegetables. You can really taste the quality of meat and freshness compared to other restaurants. I am also from NYC, so I have eaten from many really good Chinese restaurants to compare it. Service very fast. I wanted brown rice, but they were out, so they gave me white rice. I don't mind too much (especially because there are tons of food shortage at the moment), the food makes it safe.

The first Chinese place I enjoyed over 20 years ago as a child. I live in Albany, NY and this jewel in Hudson is still my #1 and probably will always be. If you didn't have it It's a great experience. Food is delicious and atmosphere is great at an unbeatable price.

Family love and our only go for the best Chinese food in the Hudson Valley. Always fresh and always amazing. Consistent, perfectly prepared! Thank you for all epic meals!
