The Cliff House - STOWE

Advance reservations required and the available time slots book up days to weeks in advance. It makes it a little hard to time your visit to the Cliff House restaurant. The restaurant is situated on top of the gondola on Mount Mansfield at Stowe Mountain Resort. Weather permitting, the restaurant has seating with a view. On our visit there wasn’t much to see with the low cloud deck but the visit was still worth it knowing you were dining on top of the mountain with family and friends and view of the gondola. If you don’t have a reservation, you can still visit and get alcoholic drinks and coffee to go.

The view was absolutely stunning. The food on the other hand was an issue. Chowder was cold and when we ordered a margarita, we discovered a long black hair inside the glass. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
