Fritou Fried Chicken - Strathmore

Tried it for the first time this evening and it was fantastic! The popcorn chicken is large real pieces of juicy chicken, not mostly breading like other chicken places serve. Excellent flavour on the chicken spice as well. Macaroni salad was to die for. The woman at the front counter was very pleasant, attentive and helped us figure out what to order and even offered us a sample while we waited. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be returning soon. :

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found it to be decent, but nothing outstanding. I had the fried chicken, but I'm uncertain about the other menu items. The restaurant is new and has a nice, clean interior. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I walked in hoping to give them a try and ordered a small portion of popcorn chicken. Since I was the only customer inside, I expected it to be quick. However, after waiting 35 minutes, my order finally came out. Meanwhile, four cars went through the drive-thru, taking only about 5 minutes each. I am very disappointed.

I visited Fritou Chicken for the first time and had driven past it many times without really considering it. When I arrived at 11:15 AM, I noticed that the food was being prepared fresh. My order was served in under five minutes for dine-in, which was impressive. The portion sizes were generous and offered great value for the price. I would definitely come back again.

I was disappointed. I was expecting a hot, juicy chicken fillet sandwich, but what I got was a barely warm, dry chicken fillet that seemed to have been cooked hours before I arrived. I don't mind waiting for something fresh, but this was not what I anticipated.
