Oriental Grill - Strathmore

I have normally had a very good experience with this restaurant, but unfortunately the past few experiences have been bad. The quality and taste of the food have gotten poor, there was one time when all of the vermicelli noodles were cut short and mushy. This time I ordered my food at 5:45, he told me 45 min, didn’t get it until 7. I could accept that except that one of the dinners was missing and all of the food was completely cold and needed to be microwaved. The bill total was 96$, and when I pay that much for 4 dinners I don’t expect to have to microwave it. I called the restaurant and the best he could do was I store credit for the next time I ordered for the missing dinner, well sorry but that doesn’t do anything to feed the child who’s dinner didn’t come. As for it being cold he said that he has no control over the cab how long it takes them to deliver he food, and allowing it to go cold. Actually you do have control over it, don’t use a cab and use and actual food delivery service where they have thermal bags to transport the food.

A must to visit when I’m in strathmore. Always good food and friendly staff.

One of my absolute favourite places, really cheap but so amazing, they also always give you so much food and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are so incredibly kind and always so cheerful and it’s a really nice relaxed place to go. They are very quick with the service and always get my order right and I couldn’t recommend them more!!
