Tim Hortons - Strathmore

I like this tim hortons. They never yell next!!! At you like they do in Calgary

The staff is rude, noisy, and laughing. I did believe that I was in the Philippines, not in Canada. cause all staff to speak Filipino and laugh at each other. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I 'm not sure why I continue to give this place a chance. This Tim 's has disipointed me time and time again. The staff is rude. Has mocked myself and has argued with me. My experiences have been: 1st: Paying for extra bacon and not getting any, and when I call to explain what 's going on, it 's very dismissive. The same day my friend was inside the store and told me they heard the staff talking about someone who lied about not getting bacon and saying there was like 10 pieces on there and other rude comments. 2nd: when I got a latte, the milk tasted like it was sitting there for a few hours. I 'm not sure why. 3rd (most recent) :I was in drive thru and the man who does the window/answering the speaker mocked me, I have a high voice, and he mocked that. It made me extreamly uncomfortable. And just to add, the window people always shove your food/drinks in your face while they talk to the other staff. I feel disrespected at this location, and the locations by the McDonald isn 't any better.

The manager at this location is nothing but rude towards the customers. One lady is always yelling the service here is the worst I’ve ever seen do not come here if you want even decent stuff, they are always rushing people, always have negative attitude towards not only customers but other employees. Very disappointing to see this type of atmosphere. Food: 1

Why am I constantly getting bad service, food at Tim Horton's?. It seems like they don't care. Or maybe the staff are not getting the training they need. I'm disappointed with Tim Horton's and only stop by if I'm working late and that's the only place to get a coffee.
