Denny's - Streetsboro

So we have been here since 10:40a it is now 12:02p and we still have not gotten our food. I ordered a sweet tea, it came unsweetened, with lemon in it which i did not order. My husbands coffee was bland and they only gave him half n half. We watched the waitress handle raw vegetables and toppings for salads with her unwashed bare hands. No gloves. We decided to leave at this point. We ended up leaving just paying for our drinks. The service was slow and inattentive. We will never go here again.

We waited an hour for our food, in which we left prior to getting it. We saw others who were seated around the same time as us get their food and pay their bill before we got our food. We did get our drinks after a bit of a wait, but they had only herbal tea, and no other teas available. My wife had to grab another waitress walking by with a coffee pot just to get a refill. After waiting about an hour, we got up and told the manager we were tired of waiting too long and had to go. I offered to pay for the drinks but the manager insisted on them being on the house. He promised next week would be better but we were not coming back next week. Probably not ever as were were from Pittsburgh visiting the Cuyahoga National Park.

This was was probably the worst restaurant experience I 've had in a long time. My friends and I arrived at around 9 but no one even came to take our order until 45 minutes later. Then the waitress returned 20 minutes after that to retake our order. We asked to speak to a manager at that point and the excuse the manager gave was that the waitress is young and forgot to place our order . I 'm sorry but that is completely unacceptable. Several tables around us were served and left in that time and we had even asked twice about the long wait and were told not to worry and they 'd be right with us. The restaurant wasn 't even particularly busy as we were seated right away. Absolutely no excuse for terrible service and even worse management.

Went here for breakfast with hubby. They were busy and the wait for food was about a half hour. The service was decent considering they are short staffed. My pancakes had to be remade cause they were still runny inside but the Super Grand Slam Is my go to every trip!

We tried to order breakfast and folks who came in after us got served .The waitress(who had stringing wet hair, Not pulled back) Kept making excuses as to why we weren't getting served, the printer was out of paper, they were plating it right now, etc. After about an hour of more excuses we had a cup of coffee and our breakfast still did not get served so we left. Very disappointed. We had come the day before for breakfast since this is one of the few places near our hotel. A very fun , animated young man waited on us and was the only staff there. He was funny , polite and got us everything we needed. The girl with the messy hair was no help , just full of excuses.
