This time it was the dips for 3 dishes that come inclusive of dips. My daughter called to make this known, the staff member there said there was nothing she could do. We didn’t expect them to be dropped to us, however, there should be some sort of recompense for ruining the chicken selection, nuggets and cheese dippers we didn’t have any rich tomato or bbq sauce here at home. The sauces make all of these otherwise bland meals tasty! I hope this gets back to someone who can change this restaurant quality and attitude for the better. McDonalds blame Uber eats and Uber Eats blames McDonalds. Ridiculous. On second call McDonalds told us to apply to Uber Eats for recompense. Really ridiculous.
Pitched up in awful rain storm at drive in. As always really lovely friendly young staff serving me. They have the right attitude.
If you’re wondering who is the happiest person in the world at 3am on a monday morning, it’s Chris from McDonalds. Was extremely polite and wished us a delightful rest of our morning after taking our order. Honestly made our night haha. Food was good too! Got everything we ordered, fries weren’t hot but they were a good temperature (note that we did eat them straight away). Would go again!
I wouldn't use this app to decide if I'm going to eat at McDonald's or not, as it can be very hit and miss in most branches. 1dt thing you couldn't help but notice at 930pm on a sat night was the lack of clean tables. The branch was quiet by now but they needed more staff to clean the tables. We did get an apology and the food was easy to order and tasted OK. Won't be back to this branch in a hurry
They have completely forgot to put 50% of my order in the bag! Appalling service from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. Go to Greggs.
