Mékong Dream Guesthouse - Stung Treng

Nice family and comfy room. Really good location. You can walk to Don Kong to the restaurants and it's not too far by bike to north of Don Det.

Cheap accommodation, nice owner and family, hammocks are great for chill

Nice building, view and Chill-out area, rooms okay with own bathroom, but very basic (not eaven soap or drinking water), wifi not workibg. No restaurant, not even drinks available. The host family more or less lies in front of TV all day without much caring.

Spent our first couple of nights in Laos here after cycling up from Stung Treng. The place is super relaxed, a great price and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Food is as affordable as you're likely to find across the two islands and decent size portions. It was tough to say goodbye! Definitely the place to stay on Don Det.

Beautiful old wooden building over looking the Mekon. Lovely family run guest house. With lots of room to chill upstairs in hammocks over looking the river and watch the sun go down.
