Panera Bread - STURBRIDGE

It was incredibly busy, and the line moved slowly, but the woman who served me at the drive-thru was cheerful and friendly. Thank you, Karen, the shift supervisor—you really brightened my day!

I paid nearly $20 for one sandwich, a drink, and two bags of chips, which I feel isn’t worth the price. On the bright side, the location was clean.

We dropped by and had a great experience with attentive service, hot coffee, and delicious soup. My wife loved the freshness of the salad. Parking was a breeze, making it easy to get on and off the Pike. It was the perfect spot for a quick meal during heavy traffic. The coffee and soup were both steaming hot, and the sandwich was tasty. The service was enjoyable and efficient. We'll definitely be returning!

Nice location and menu is as good as it can, the place is clean and quiet but when I was there, there were a lot of high schoolers meeting for an after school activity so it got loud quickly.

It was ok for my first time but not sure if I'll be back anytime soon. Not disapproving this location but the whole franchise in general. Not enough selection for me. Server was helpful and patient.
