Very polite staff. Clean establishment. Fitness room was great. My family and I had an overall great experience and will definitely use this location again!Rooms: Clean, comfortable and welcoming!Nearby activities: It’s not far from a bowling alley and a shopping strip. Great stores too!Walkability: There are a ton of food options directly across the street in walking distance.

The staff at this hotel were the best ever! I can’t say enough about their effort to make the entire stay perfect. Stuttgart lost power during a storm and they handled beach request with grace and ease. They were fabulous!!

No microwave in room,only microwave is shared in main Lobby,dog barking in room down the way,no ice bucket liners.

A few minutes after checking in the power went out. I was not offered a refund to stay elsewhere. The emergency lights in the stairwell did not work or were not on. I was on the third floor and nearly fell multiple times. In the morning the power was still out. None of the guests were offered a bottle of water or even fruit. I tired to buy a bottle of water and was told I couldn’t because the power was off and the register was down. I was here for a very important business meeting and unable to take a shower or shave before hand.The room was also very dark with no emergency lights on. Not one time did any staff member offer any kind of apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse the hotel manager has assured cooperate that this didn’t happen. The manager admitted the power was out but lied saying I was offered to stay elsewhere and offered a refund but refused. This isn’t true at all! I’m so disappointed. Hilton do better! I completely understand you can’t control the weather but the conditions were a major issue and inappropriate for any well established business.Edit to add..I was not offered a refund to stay elsewhere! There was at no point any type of power on for any amount of time. I tried to check out at 6am but couldn’t because the power was still out! I left at 6am! Being an honors member bottled water is a complementary gift. A gift I did not receive. Thanks for your clap back but be honest about it. Accept responsibility for the actions of the staff and non working emergency lights. Work harder to better improve your facility instead of posting lies online.
