We love this place! from the road is the descent down the steep staircase part of the adventure. it feels like they're going to a cave, and they're. once in the restaurant it is a beautifully decorated barrel room. the waiter and one of the owners was charming and entertaining. his French was excellent and the service super. we enjoyed perfectly prepared surf and rasen (crabbit and skallops) and a filet of bark. also the appetizers were lachstar with and razor exceptional. it was an amazing French meal in the middle of stuttgart!
We had a fantastic diner in this hidden restaurant in stuttgart. it was a bit painful to find, but when they enter the restaurant, they understand that it could be better on this wise. it is located in an old wine cellar that is buried deep in a building. the atmosphere is expensive and the decoration is perfect. it is quite small, so I would recommend to book before going. the service was fantastic (I guess the owner is responsible for the service and he speaks at least FR/EN/DE.) the food is very good, attraktiw presented and beautifully described in the service. the wine selection is also very interesting. Just go.
I and my man celebrated our 5 years jubilee in restaurant. candlelight dinner for two cost 99 euro and the evening was just perfect. I don't know much about eating (I don't often go in restaurants) but I remember the...romantic atmosphere and the first-class service. we could not have decided better to celebrate our dear.
We have been to Pastis twice now and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. It is a small restaurant in what looks to be a cavern of sorts. Each time we have done the tasting menu and were very pleased. The wine list is...also very good.
