The generous guest room is lovingly decorated and as you say place is nothing to replace, the children can toboggan and you feel at the festively covered table as in a large banquet hall. The wood-close decoration makes a cozy big room from the hall, we have always sworn in the past never to celebrate again in confined spaces. With less than 25 people, you might be lost in the big room. There are also smaller rooms, but they are still quite simply equipped. Previously, before Her Neuberth took over the Waldheim, you really couldn't go to dinner there. It was favourable (in the sense of cheap but unthinkable). The service (service was attentive, the food tasty, we had an asparagus cream, Mediterranean vegetables, salad buffet with wild herbs, colorful noodles, entrecote and fish variations, dessert (ice with fresh strawberries, all very tasty. Cake and coffee of course also, especially recommended cheesecake and raspberry cake from Konditorei Geiler (Stuttgart tube The owner can offer the full range, depending on the wish simple or somewhat more exclusive, is at the end of course a price question. For the location and proximity to the metropolis certainly not comparable to the typical large portions and cheap on the country approach. Important is perhaps a good arrangement in advance, it is quite a lot going on in the factories of the host, and so nothing will be forgotten you should stay there and set the details in advance. A successful festival, 40 satisfied guests, the financing was also not a problem with Easy credit:
Last week we were third to go for dinner at Neuberth's GastWerk. The Degerlocher Freilandgans, which should be better preordered, was excellent, fresh, crispy and the Marons a sperm of creams!!! The price was fair, also super quality! We had a super and individual wine recommendation from the Oberkellner. Around, a successful evening in a cozy atmosphere DANKE!
The Neuberth's guesthouse has been open for a long time, but it has only recently been open regularly. Previously it was only for special occasions to book with catering. You will be cordially greeted and almost perfectly served in an original guest house welceh. The map is not very large, but there are always some tasty, often traditionally Swabian, to discover. Also the wine selection is clear, but very tasty. The dishes are very nicely spread and, for example, the Swabian onion roast is perfectly prepared. ICh strongly recommend a visit!!
That was the best rust roast I've ever eaten. The staff was very friendly and had everything in sight. I'm going back. Many DANK for this great evening.
We were there with eight people and everyone had ordered something else. That was no problem for the kitchen anyway. Everything came almost at the same time and tasted very well. For dessert, we made ourselves over the only malt. That was not a bargain, but excellent!!! Since we were the only guests this night, we were personally served by the boss. He was very attentive and responded to any of our special requests.
