The Turkish restaurant sultan saray is very close to the center. with luck we have a parking lot in the small road after the local. the environment is pleasant, the menu is written in German and Turkish. this is very extensive, also many vegetarian dishes are available. the service is beautiful and enjoyable, the foods were thoroughly fresh, delicious and very well seasoned. I would call the pricing cheap.
We went there on a rather quiet Sunday evening. The selection on the menu is very nice and reasonable priced. It took a long time until the waiter finally came to get our orders. Unfortunately, she did not know the dishes too well and could not explain what all the various items are. We got the appetizer and entree quickly. The food tasted really good and we liked the different types meats. The quality was perfectly fine. But then again, the waitress was walking around and kept herself busy with changing tableclothes and did not notice that we were running out of drinks. All waiving and trying to get her attention was unsuccessful. We finally asked ask another waitress, be she just said that her colleague was coming. We waited almost 15 minutes until she showed up again.
I'm here several times as this place is close to a customer office. The food is usually excellent, but they also seem to have the strange bad day. Generally too much garlic for my taste, but others can see that differently. They don't tend to take credit cards because their card reader is supposed to not work. How, EVERY One??
Sultan Saray is a large Turkish restaurant with beautiful decoration in the center of Stuttgart. The food is of good taste, but the service is slow. Nice to visit with a friend for a little party dinner.
