Customer service sucks. Chef was rude and did not afford me the option to add a side menu. Go to another Vapiano. This is my first here but not my first...

Sure, it is a system gastronomy, but certainly with the best you can expect in such a case. The dishes are freshly prepared before their own eyes. This naturally means that you have to accept a longer waiting period. But you can appreciate that well from the snake in front of each station, so I cannot understand the bad reviews. A dish takes between 5 and 10 minutes, so you just have to count. I also find the quality of the dishes good, the choice. Prices can be a bit expensive, but still reasonable.

Basically a normal Vapiano family. Long snakes can come at noon. Eating in usual quality.
