I tried the apple cake and the pancake. the pancake was delicious. it was just sweet enough, the crust was good, and there was a sufficient amount of pecans. on the other side, the pancake was the worst I ever had. this was the first time that I had a cupcake containing the seeds and the hard core of the apple. there was very little taste. not even a hauch.

I tried the apple pie and the pecan pie. The pecan pie was delicious. It was just sweet enough, the crust was good, and there was a sufficient amount of pecans. On the other hand, the apple pie was the worst I have ever had....This was the first time I had an apple pie that contained the seeds and the tough core of the apple. There was very little flavor. Not even a hint of cinnamon.

Aunque los precios son altos, tienen productos muy bien logrados y de calidad superior al común de las pastelerías de la ciudad. El punto de venta del barrio La Castellana fue remodelado recientemente con mucho acierto en la decoración y la distribución del espacio, logrando un ambiente tranquilo, pulcro, bien iluminado y moderno.
