Unfortunately the place has gone down hill since being taken over The food quality is great, sauces are watered down, which is a shame because La Vita was so good before Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We placed a food order and was given a delivery time of 45 mins. We rang after 90 minutes to be told that our pizzas were being prepared. Two hours and fifteen minutes later the food was delivered. The pizzas were greasy, the chicken fillets were cold and the three portions of chips were luke warm. All required reheating in our oven. The dips and coleslaw that we paid for were not delivered either. We have messaged La Vita but they have chosen to ignore my complaint. First and last time we will use this establishment.

Waits for food are ridiculous probably because it’s mainly youngsters working here having a fag most of the time out the back or chatting with their mates. Waits are ridiculous!!!! I've ordered with them twice and BOTH times I've had a 40 mins delay with my food, so in total nearly 2 hours waiting from the time I've ordered! Never again Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
