The Snug Tea Room - Suffolk Coastal

Very friendly and welcoming. Situated in a quaint will near the coast. Great walks nearby. Highly recommended.

I recently visited a charming tea room and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering a great variety of delicious food and snacks. The cakes were particularly impressive, appearing homemade and scrumptious. The only downside was a stale and dry toasted tea cake, but we decided not to complain at the time. Despite this, we will definitely be returning next time we are in the vicinity.

I visited The Snug in Westleton based on a high recommendation, and I must say I was not disappointed. My experience with their afternoon tea was fantastic. They offered a wide variety of freshly made sweet and savory items, along with unlimited refills of tea or coffee. In comparison to a recent afternoon tea I had at a fancy hotel, I found The Snug to be far superior in taste and value for money. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Westleton. Thank you to the staff for their warm hospitality.

We called in after seeing good reviews, when in the area and were greeted by very friendly staff the minute we arrived. The choice and quality of food was all around us and was difficult to choose, the cakes were show stoppers ! The scones were delicious . Afternoon tea looked amazing (pre booking required as expected) hope to get back to try this during our holiday , we would highly recommend the tea rooms .

We cannot recommend this little gem highly enough as fantastic on all levels of welcoming service and the cakes. We sat in the tranquil gardens at the back as we had our 2 dog's with us. There are dog bowls scattered about and even the dog's were offered a dog biscuit which they enjoyed. The garden is pretty with lots of colourful flowers adding to the ambience and big umbrella's for shade, every need has been carefully thought of. Our freshly baked scones didn't disappoint and I opted for the fruit with jam and cream option and my husband had cheese scone with a delicious chutney and some pieces of tasty cheese, which were perfectly presented. The tea was proper loose tea too! All the staff were so happy and it was a delight to visit thank you we will return, we just can't rate it enough.
