Whoever that guy was that was running the store by himself and made sure my Alfredo pizza was fresh when I was late picking it up deserves a raise. Pizza was amazing and you are awesome!

Call in line rep was sarcastic when I refused a 15.00 tip and instead offered a 5 dollar tip for delivery from building that was 0.5 miles from our location. She stated how generous of you

I called and spoke to a manager, who offered to have me come back to fix the order or get a refund. However, I believe they should have offered to deliver my correct order instead. That wasn’t an option presented to me, so I chose the refund, but now I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back. Really? So now I'm stuck with a pizza I didn’t order and a side I don’t want. I guess I’ll be looking for another place next time.

WHERE’S THE SAUCE? It’s been nearly six years since we last had Papa John’s. We usually stick to Domino’s for our Friday night pizza cravings. However, I noticed that Papa John’s was running a promotion, so we decided to give it another shot. Big mistake. We’re not fans of eating raw dough, so I had to pop it in the oven to heat it up. Not exactly what I wanted after a long week of cooking, working, and looking forward to a relaxing evening. I felt like I needed a magnifying glass just to find the sauce on the pizza. “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza?” More like, “Where are my ingredients? Is this really pizza?” My wife had warned me that it might be disappointing. Thankfully, I picked up some Chick-fil-A for her on the way home. I just wish I had gotten some for myself, too.

The quality of the pizza, the promptness of online orders, and the friendliness of the staff are excellent for a Papa John's. When you choose Papa John's, you're not expecting to find the best pizza in town; rather, you're seeking convenience and affordability compared to a local pizzeria. I've never encountered any problems at this location.
