Dunkin' - Summit

Had a craving for my favorite Dunkin jelly donut but was deeply disappointed. The dough was stale and jelly had a thicker consistency than usual. But my biggest problem with it was that they used granular sugar to coat the outside instead ofpowdered sugar as done in all other Dunkin's I've been to. I would think franchises would have some safeguards to keep therecipes consistent. Please use powdered sugar for Jelly donuts.

They process mobile orders very well. I place my order while I?m sitting in Little Gym class for my daughter, and it?s ready a few minutes later.

Store is supposed to be open at 5AM. Today I ordered after 5 am, the order was taken and was paid for. When I got there at 5:15, the store was still closed. There have been many days they get there late.

Excellent place for really slow service nothing else in the immediate area

Dunkin Guy made a comment that I only came in for the bathroom because I didn't order a drink... Yet.. I was walking towards the door to see where my coworker was so we can order. I hit up dunkin atleast once sometimes twice a day. I'll think twice beforegoing to this one again.
