Subway - Sumner

Today i made the wrong decision and chose subway to eat on my lunch break. I was surprised to see in my sandwich there was a used condom with the magnum wrapper infused into the cheese. I put mayo on my sandwich but realized there was extra mayo but the mayo was salty and gritty and bitter. I decided to take a dump afterwards and saw in the bathroom an employee hanging from the ceiling i would do the same if i ever have to step foot in this establishment ever again. goodnight streaks.

My family tradition has been to order a subway party sub for our New Years event. We have tried to do this with so much drama over the years with various locations. This year we decided to give Sumner a go. They offered the 6ft party sub and I just wanted to say wow! Seriously, they knocked this order out of the park. We like to have all the toppings on the side lots of people and kids, no one can agree and they really set us up for success! We have NEVER had a subway meet and EXCEDE our expectations so much. Thank you! And we highly recommend.

Started out nice… customer and server was respectful; but when I asked for extra veggies, there was huffs and puffs and smart remarks. I didn’t respond to it, but my friend and I noticed the smart remarks and continued ignore it to order. Went to purchase, and there was more huffs and puffs and smart remarks… I don’t really do reviews on bad service, but the young lady was just not nice… kind of a passive aggressive kind of thing. I’ve worked at subway for 5 years (yes I’m bringing that up) , because I would not speak to my customers that way .. I was completely respectful .. I’m not saying that the server wasn’t, but the side comments were not Necessary..… I still like this location, honestly she is probably just having a bad day…November 5th, 2023 11:10AM.

I occasionally order a sub from subway! I am 71 years old and don’t cook much. I really like the subs. I went there on Thursday oct. 19. Usually the employees are pleasant. This time I was waited on by a young lady that was snobbish. I asked if I could get olives on my sub. Her answer was, I don’t know, can you? I also told her I didn’t want the hot peppers. I chose the banana peppers. I guess she assumed I was stupid. She said they don’t taste like bananas. Some people don’t like senior citizens. I guess she’s one of them. Don’t know if I’m going back.

My bread was not de frosted so they put in the toaster while it was frozen to un thaw it. After the employees continued to make conversation with me, Just cause I knew her it made her feel comfortable to talk ab her VERY personal life when I came to get food. me and my friend sat down to eat after that we got locked out of our car so we called someone for help. They got the manager and said they felt uncomfortable we explained our situation and she continued to call the cops as we were locked out of her car waiting for a lock smith. He gets there and ask what’s going on tried to calm her down and the manager is still calling the cops simply because we were sitting in the parking lot waiting to be able to leave. We were not being disrespectful nor causing ruckus for other customers coming in. We stayed in the car till the lock smith was almost there. The workers and manager there swear they were protecting and doing protocols but they were being petty and controlling trying to get their way couldn’t admit they were wrong.
