Kfc (sungai Buloh 2)

One of the worse KFC. Staff not friendly. No tomato sauce. Place is not so clean.

Both original and spicy fried chicken too dry. Not juicy at all. First time experience maybe not well prepared but 2nd time purchased also the same. This branch not recommended.

The malay lady that served me was just wonderful. I made a mistake with my order (ala carte instead of combo meal) when I ordered at the kiosk. She helped me to place my order to combo meal and allowed me to pay the remaining in cash. Sadly I didn't get her name.

The worst ever KFC in Malaysia.. The first time having fried chicken with no chili sauce giving, the staff told me the chili sold out, and Thai chili also, only tomato sauce is available.. So I just can eat it with no chili because I don't eat tomato sauce also..

Counter staffs lacks customer service. Greeting, putting a smile, to say Thank You to customers is something 'taboo '. That 's why l very seldom buys KFC unless really craves for it.
