Pho Nam - Sunnyvale

Super efficient and friendly service. Soup is good, but the egg roll was so-so. If you want to have a quiet lunch, this is a good spot. Interior is dark and feels a bit dated. Small parking lot so parking can be a challenge.

My daughter really loves the photo here and the service is good. Just yesterday, the take out bag broke and soup spilled out from all over the place as I was getting into my car. Someone notified their staff and they immediately came out to help and replace the soup. Really appreciate their help.

Very awful experience.1. Waiting more than 15mins to get my food after ordering, much longer than what others get their food even they are coming much later than me(The table next to me, they even finish the previous order customers and come a new customer, the new customer get his food ahead of me while I keep waiting).2. I didn't get what I order(I don't eat and didn't order raw meat, but I got half bowl of raw meat).3. the cashier wanted to charge me for small bowl($2 cheaper than large bowl), the man looks like boss tell her to charge me for large bowl. It's my first time here, i don't even know what they give to me(the size)

Pho nam is a small hole in the wall right next to AMC Mercado. The cashier lets you pay separately for splitting up credit cards so its nice. The pho is pretty standard san jose Pho but the waiters are nicer and more accommodating. Parking is limited in front but if you park on the side theres plenty of parking. Would always recommend #1 large and their grilled pork vermicelli is pretty good too!
