They had a sale this weekend to etc a second dozen assorted for $5 more so we got that because we researched prior to coming, there was no mention of it in the store. The employee was goofy but nice enough, again no free doughnut for the customers or kids when hot. Not how I remember it.
Upon walking in, you could tell the employees hate their job and don’t wanna interact with anyone. The old blonde woman at the register was rude and would avoid customers. Same with the short hispanic girl. Moving on, they were out of original glazed and was told by the employee (tall dark skinned black man) that they would be ready within 5-10 minutes. Business was very slow, and we sat right in front of the display, making eye contact with this employee a few times. After 25 minutes of waiting, a customer walks in and orders original glazed. This employee serves up the donuts from the conveyor belt. We were waiting the entire time and he had never even brought out a tray to the display or told us they were ready. We never even got an apology at the register from him. He needs to be in the back punching holes in the donuts instead of up front with customers, because he has zero customer service skills. Same with the other two. Horrible first experience at this Krispy Kreme location.
I ordered donuts and an iced vanilla coffee like I always do. The donuts of course were good per usual. But they gave me an iced coffee and not an iced vanilla. I proceeded to tell the lady at the drive thru that I always order the same thing and it never looks this dark and she tried to tell me the light ones are lattes. But I wanted a vanilla iced coffee meaning you didn’t put the vanilla in it half and half/or cream. It was just dark iced coffee and she still couldn’t grasp what the difference was.
Got some Krispy Kreme doughnuts on Valentine’s Day that were in the shape of a heart.
Big location where you can see the mass production of donuts
