Veggies, paper thin and black. Horrible!!!! Refused to replace it because I ordered online. What does that have to do with their cooking it????? Then told no manager a few seconds later a person claims to be a manager and began telling me I was wrong, they refused to listen to their customers. Terrible Customer Service, I will not return until they change owners and staff.

My sister and I went to Round Table Pizza on Sutton Way in Grass Valley, California the other night. I requested that my reward points be recorded on my rewards account. They didn't know what I was talking about, the manager said that they don't do that. If that is the case, it should be advertised to be only available at selected Round Tables. So, I canceled my pizza order, got a refund and left. The next day (after we cooled off) we went back and ordered a medium one topping pizza for $24.49 with no reward points. But while we were waiting for our pizza, I overheard an order being taken over the phone for a large one topping pizza for $18.99. I asked the guy about it, and he said it was a special they were having. He was surprised that the counter person didn't suggest the special for me. So, I didn't get my reward points. We paid too much for our pizza because we weren't offered the special. I lost points, money and food. If the pizza wasn't so good, I'm not sure I'd be back.
Wife and I ordered a Large Specialty pizza on a Saturday evening. This Round Table is less than a mile and a half away from where we live. The pizza arrived (COLD). On top of that, we requested it to be extra crispy, which it was not even close to being crispy yet alone Extra crispy. Called the store and asked for a manager. The manager that answered was named (Leslie). She immediately had a sarcastic toned after making my complaint, insinuating that I was being dishonest and was trying to get something for free. She told me that in order to get my pizza replaced I would have to wait another half an hour and do an exchange upon delivery. And went on to say if my pizza is really cold, then it should not be any slices missing or eaten. I told her she was unprofessional and should offer me a later date for a compensation of my order, due do the pizza being cold and not made Crisp as requested. Her exact reply was, Oh no, we don 't do that! And I told her well that would be good customer service to correct the mistake your company made. She said well, that 's all I can offer you and I could hear her laughing. So per her instructions, when the new pizza arrived, this time it was warm but still not crispy. Aaaargh!!! Frustrating night. Anyway we did the exchange and accepted the new pizza because we had gotten really hungry by that time. Wow! Leslie was sarcastic, rude, unprofessional, annoying and unfit to be a manager, if she really was the manager. Doesn 't seem like manager material. Good managers find a way to keep their customers.
