Chef's Kebab - Surrey

On impulse a group of us stopped here after a business confrence. They were able to accomodate a group of 8. We each ordered a dish and then shared. The food was good and filling. The waiter forgot to order several of our dishes, so we were almost done before we recieved our nan bread and other dishes. We ordered a bottle of red wine which came almost hot. We had to put it in a water pitcher and cool it down to drink it. All in all we had a very good time and I would eat here again

Ordered take out , the chicken Tikka masala is to die for. The Naans are tasty and freshly made to order. The butter chicken is another dish to order.

Have been here several times both for lunch and dinner and the food is consistently good and flavourful. The setting is certainly not pretentious but comfortable and the service good as well. However, the star of the show is the food. The pakoras never come across as overly greasy like many other places and the naan always served warm and just the right amount of crispness. Other faves? The shahi paneer - excellent! - chicken korma? - just as good. It's hard to try new items when the usual orders are just too good to stray from. The lunch special is also a great deal and you won't leave hungry.

What a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. I stopped in mid day for a late lunch and wasn't disappointed. Had the chicken kebab which was very tasty. The flavor was amazing. Really enjoyed my lunch.

The food was good, and service was fast and courteous. The server helped us to pick the items of food and explain to us what they were. She was very knowlegable.
