The Mule Grill - Sussex

Ordered the large fish and chips order came cold also ordered a mix flavor of 15 wings also cold and short on the of wings , took another 5 to 10 minutes to get the missing wings and eventually got napkins and cutlery to eat the now ice cold fish and Chips Less than impressed with food and service ! We're only two tables of people in the dining area so why was service slow and food cold ?

Great for some food and then a few drinks at the bar, great service and awesome staff.

I've always loved this place and all the changes they continue to make, but man, their food is nosediving. Servers have said there are newbies in the kitchen, but shesh... between wait times and the new quality or lack thereof, it's just not worth it. There is also a server on the bar side that is hands down the worst service imaginable. Not naming names but lordy... even watched ppl get up and leave before ordering. Literally losing business because of it.

Mule food is failing. First they lost burger week cause their new cooks have no idea..then... oil heat messed as their fries are totally blah now... tonight they can 't turn out a meal within an hour. SAD Sad SAD. Please restore to better service.Edit response: legit I am one of your biggest repeat customers that is telling you that you have a problem. Recently your standard are not standards. In terms of burger week, this years ' would have met standards if cooked properly. Elements were there but it was cooked equivalent to the rubber sole of a shoe. Kitchen staff is lacking... fix it instead of eloquently responding to a normal review like a capital C punt.

Incredibly slow food is horrible been there 2 times won’t return do not recommend
