We placed our order over the phone for pickup and were pleasantly surprised that they had everything we wanted in stock. We just had to inform them when we were 15 minutes away so they could prepare our order. The total cost was only £26, which was quite affordable considering the generous portions we received. Even the plastic cutlery was of good quality, unlike the usual flimsy ones. We brought the food back to our hotel and it was still hot. The meat was perfectly cooked and fell off the bone easily, and the dumplings were huge. The food was delicious, and we will definitely order from here again the next time we are in the area.
This cozy family-owned restaurant has been open for about 6 months and my husband and I have already visited three times. We have only been for a late lunch, not evenings. The customer service is welcoming and friendly, with staff greeting you with kindness and going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The portions of food are generous and delicious, with my husband's favorite being the chili chicken wings as a starter. Despite being filled up by the mutton curry that follows, he always finds it hard to resist. I personally enjoy the boneless chicken curry for its spicy kick. For dessert, we always opt for cake and custard. The prices are reasonable, especially during the day, and I have noticed many people come in for takeaway meal deals. The chicken soup is a popular choice among customers. Although the restaurant does not have a liquor license, there are plenty of soft drink options available. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is just lovely. I highly recommend giving it a try.
This restaurant is a nice and clean eatery that offers both dine-in and takeaway options at affordable prices. It could benefit from having its own signature dish to distinguish itself from other Caribbean restaurants. The food could use more of a homemade taste, but it is still worth a stop.
We love it here, and although we never really sit in and eat. Their food is always lovely and fresh. Last night had the Oxtail and it was probably the best I have had.
