Kfc - Sutton

Every time I visit KFC in Hull and ask for a coffee, they inform me that they are not serving hot drinks due to COVID. This has happened every time.

The management is disrespectful, often arguing with customers, and the portion sizes are inconsistent. The food quality is below average, and the staff frequently forgets to give correct change unless reminded.

Awful experience at KFC Sutton Surrey. My order was missing items and when I tried calling to address the issue, no one answered after 42 attempts and over an hour wasted. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order a take away and the fillet tower burger is so small it fits inside one side of the box and the £1.99 portion of chips is pathetic in size. All the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller. Useless service.

Yet to get an order right. Complete lack of management so every time staff fail to get orders right. Better chicken shops within 100 metres who bother to give you what you ordered and paid for
