Contribuisci feedbackThe workers are disrespectful and don?t know how to treat their customers. made my food wrong i asked for 1 whopper meal and 3 whoppers with the fries and i DIDNT get the drink and the whoppers didn?t even have tomatoes in them just the skin of the tomato and they all i tasted was the ketchup. they need more training.
The food was old. The Big Fish was so hard, can?t bite into it. Crispy chicken sandwich, hard and there was Just pickles, no lettuce and tomato, nothing like the picture. At the drive through, employee was handing me my order, another employee came and told the employee that was giving my order, saying, if you ever put in the chicken nuggets like that again, I will throw it in your face. I think that was so unprofessional of him to say that to another co worker and in front of customers. Worst experience here at this Burger King ????
This was a very nice burger king when it first opened. But now the customer service is terrible. Everytime the fries are cold and I have learned that from the manager down they are programed to say the fries just came up. And they have an attitude.Rude managers make rude employees This owner need to clean house and hire some more respectful employees. Starting with the managers. Don't bother with their survey nobody looks at them or nore will they call you back.I will skip over this burger king and go to another one with more caring managers and employees.
The best fastfood experience I've had yet.i don't think it can be topped. Mgr. Was nice and curious so was the crew, food was fast and them being busy didn't slow them down. ????
I went at an off time today about 3pm, and ordered a BK double, large onion rings, and 8 piece chicken nuggets for about $14. The order was promptly handed to me through the drive through and it was all there. The only problem that I had was that the food was all cold. Bummer.
