Contribuisci feedbackI had to get my own food after ordering while I saw the manager this morning bring it to everyone else and he was the one who handed me the table service number which is still on my table. The food wasn't hot so my butter just sat there. What a bunch of double standard people, ugh! I'm appalled!
One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Upon arrival I was the only patron inside. I ordered my food via kiosk and sat down to wait. While waiting I observed a manager/team leader based on uniform difference discussing some kind of issue with an employee about something regarding their break and outside events. Their interaction was much flirtier than usual employee interactions. Point to be made another employee was making comments about the nature of their interactions and body language. As someone who previously worked in fast food, you have an expectation for timeliness. I waited nearly 25 minutes for my food and they didn't have it together when they called me up. The same manager still asked about what else I had when she was looking at the order right before I walked up. There were 7 other employees that were present with roughly 3/7 actually working. I gave it 2/5 for food simply because some food was hot while 90% was cold and unsalted. Honestly this could have honestly been avoided had these employees had a standard for themselves as competent adults.
I always give places a second chance and they blew it! First bad experience was a few weeks ago where the cashier did not repeat my total or order and charged me $16 for someone else?s order. When I said my total shouldn?t be $16 for plain cheeseburger and fries she rolled her eyes and yelled for a manager. Took them 15 min to refund the amount and still charged me for my order which at this point should?ve been free. Second bad experience was today when I spent 22 min in the drive through line ordering a plain cheeseburger and fries. I specified MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY for the cheeseburger and guess what? My fries are undercooked and the cheeseburger has everything on it. Waste of time
I come here every few weeks because it?s a convenient location and the food is usually okay. But it?s not well-managed at all. Kitchen employees can be heard across the store making fun of customers who are still in the dining room. And no one seems to be assigned to keep the dining room tables cleaned and the napkins, straws, lids, etc. filled.
First time visiting this location, and I will say it was pleasant. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, the lobby is clean and our order was promptly made and distributed to us. A much better location than a few of the other locations in the area. Only issue I have with this location is the size of the play area as a whole (seating wise) and the size of the apparatus.
