Starbucks - Suwanee

Customer service at this location is terrible. Asked to sub a different drink since first drink was terrible. Older ladies speaking under their breath amongst each other about me right in front of my face. It seems like the seasoned workers need to be trained on their professionalism/ customer service skills. If they do not like serving customers maybe they should think about another profession that isn’t customer facing !

This location is hit or miss on wait times, mostly miss. Long waits are typical here. With a new coffee shop going in nearby, changes are needed at this Starbucks if they want to keep business.

The worst Starbucks ever! These guys are the slowest place in all of Suwanee. Hopefully Human Bean will wake these guys up. Awful staff.

Shoutout to the Starbucks barista that helped me tonight, I wish I got her name! I always order an iced chai latte but recently ordered a hot one for my friend. Not realizing that, I accidentally ordered a hot one. When I told the barista I ordered iced, she didn’t even hesitate to make it the way I wanted, knowing that I was most likely in the wrong! Overall, this Starbucks location always makes my drinks perfectly. Even when they’re super busy, the staff gets everyone’s orders made efficiently without sacrificing the quality.
