Subway - Suwanee

This Subway location is fantastic! The young man who helped me was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name, but it starts with a "P" and he is Indian. He genuinely showed passion and concern when we discussed customer safety in the store. The place was clean, and my sandwich was incredible. I truly appreciate good food and excellent service!

Without a doubt, this is the best Subway in the Gwinnett area! Maggie did an amazing job making my sandwich—she’s definitely the standout employee there, and her service deserves a big tip! The prices are fantastic, and there are great deals to be had. If you're craving Subway in Gwinnett, it's worth the drive no matter where you come from. Thank you, Maggie!

I wouldn't recommend this place—better to drive to another restaurant. The Indian guy working in the evening gives you barely half a scoop of teriyaki chicken, which doesn’t even cover the sandwich. When I requested spinach, he only added about eight leaves to my footlong, and when I asked for more, he added just two more. It's definitely not worth the $7.99 for the sandwich. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better spot where you’ll get your money’s worth.

The food was decent, but the management is puzzling. For the third consecutive Friday dinner, there was only one person making sandwiches. I waited 15 minutes myself, and when I left, there were six more people waiting. Next time, I think I'll choose a different location or just go to Publix.

I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this Subway! The employees treated me very poorly, making me feel disrespected. It seemed like they didn’t understand me, but then my friend, who was standing right next to me, spoke to them and they heard him perfectly! To make matters worse, my coupons were refused with a ridiculous excuse. They claimed that only one person could pay in cash while the other had to use a card. Are you serious? Cash is cash! I sincerely felt discriminated against! I will NEVER return to this Subway, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this location. Honestly, I wish this Subway would close down and make way for either Firehouse Subs or Jimmy John's, both of which offer much better food and far superior customer service!
