If I could start zero, I would. These people are greedy and will argue with them about how they want to make their sandwich. what is strange because is not the job to make her sanwich literally? their apology for the incorrect preparation of the huhn and Teriyaki mix was that they were too busy, although I was the only customer in the whole business. most of the underground shops have premixed the chicken and teriyaki sauce and I just asked that they mix the sauce with my huh before they put it on my sandwich because it tastes very bitter and disgusting when it just blows over the cold huh. I wouldn't have been so mad if the manager didn't step in front of the girl that made my sandwich and the teriyaki sauce gluten on it after I had specifically asked not to do it. So if they were a sandwich of defiant, rude and lazy people who argue that they are too busy to make her sandwich as they want it, then they go to this subway. terrible customer service that women should be fired. long story short I went out. I've never been treated so rude.

We had a voucher for a free footlong sub, but they refused to honor it. The lady said the owner instructed her not to accept any vouchers for free subs. The owners are cheap and have lost our business.

The server was unpleasant and rude for no apparent reason. I do not recommend supporting this establishment, even if it is convenient. I felt rushed, even though the restaurant was not busy, and ended up forgetting something. When I requested mayo on the side, the server tossed a package on the counter. Despite these experiences, I stayed because I was hungry. I was taught at a young age by a McDonald's employee not to throw money on the counter, yet in today's world, it seems some servers have adopted this disrespectful behavior. If you dislike your job, consider finding a new one.

This elderly gentleman added a twist of spice to my dish. I asked for extra paprika and he happily added even more! I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again.

The guy was very rude to me when I asked for a simple sandwich. He kept arguing with me about a certain ingredient I didn’t want and he kept telling me that it had to go on there. I was very disappointed with the way he treated me. Not only did he argue with me but he also argued with the other people around me.
