Received an unfortunate and unforgivable plate last week so much so that I was ill for a few days! Had Salmon poke bowl with skin on the salmon that was not cut off! It made my family sick and obviously very disappointed with the end product. When brought to the owner’s attention he explained this was normal and I must pay the bill. It amazes me as a business owner how certain people can survive in such a competitive market by not listening to their patrons! Back to the original Suwanee sushi “Mori house”…
The food was great! A little pricey, but very reasonable. Atmosphere is lacking with intermittent silence followed by very random music choices. Overall, the sushi is worth it.Food: 5/5
I 've been here a few times now and the service keeps getting worse. It wasn 't even that busy (1/2 the restaurant was empty) but the service was REALLY SLOW where I wanted to go make the food myself. We ordered sushi rolls, dumplings, miso soups, and the chicken teriyaki and they forgot the rice (how do you eat teriyaki without the rice). The server says , yes it comes with rice. You ordered the fried rice as well so do you still want the white rice (that comes with the teriyaki) . I mean what kind of service is that???, so since I ordered the fried rice, I got get the rice that comes with the food????!!!!. We spent over $100 here. I don 't recommend unless you have no other choice. The service is really bad.
First time here at Suwanee location. Service was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Food was great, I had the Favorite roll and the 12&69 Degrees roll. Although on the upper end of price point at $17.95 they were good size and worth every penny!
We come here for our sushi dinner date nights and they never disappoint! My favorite rolls are Tommy sunset and whey you which is a fried California roll. We make reservations for weekends it can get busy.
