Contribuisci feedbackThe worst food and service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a fillet burger meal and 2 piece meal. Was told to park up as the burger was not ready. Waiting 20 mins then had to go in and ask for it. They treated me like I was a total inconvenience to them. When I did get the burger it was just chicken between a bun. No lettuce, no mayo and half cooked. They left the fries out in the 2 piece meal. We throw the lot away. Total disgusting
I just spent over 30 minutes queueing behind only 5 cars to get to the front and be told hi welcome to kfc can I take your order we only have popcorn chicken and mini fillets left are you for real!!? A multi million/billion pound company and you can’t keep your stores stocked until closing!! Absolute joke!!! Thanks for wasting my time and fuel!!!!!! No offer of compensation just oh I can do a popcorn box meal no I don’t want a popcorn box meal I want a proper meal a burger you know that you should have in at all times the one thing you actually should be making you didn’t even have original chicken oh and I got a sorry about the wait!!! It’s absolutely laughable this kfc word of advise to anyone visiting the isle of Sheppey don’t go to this kfc in thomsett way your just be queueing for nothing!!!
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through ended up going in to see where the order was, it was chaos in there we was told that they was waiting on chicken but just eat was going straight in and back out again with their orders done before people that had been waiting on top of that the order was wrong and the the only KFC that I know that seems to have too many chicken legs because that’s all they seem to give you terrible service no drinks that we ask for, it seems to me that they like to concentrate on their home delivery and not the customers stood in front of them.
Ordered 2 chicken fillets, chips, some sides and chicken wings. We were in the drive through and after a while was asked to park up. No problem, but we waited a long time, over 20 mins or so before the food appeared. When I got home the chicken wings were missing and I could not be bothered to drive back. Did try to ring, but after ringing for a while a message came up too busy to answer the call. By the way the chips were all cold and soggy. Not a good experience
Shocking service Face pulled by cashier was not inspiring when asked for a Clean tray... Counter was dirty and there is a strange smell coming from the floor (like old milk) Came in for something to eat and noticed nothing was wiped down and my flip flop came off due to the thickness of the spilled food and drinks mashed together into the laminate flooring This was 10:45 on a sunday so i would have guessed as open for 45minutes it would have been more respectable for anyone public should endure There was no tongs for the cakes And we heard 3 other customers complaining in a not very diplamatic shame but the words and service is still apparent Its simple Clean cloths work My biggest gripe here is not that the entire restaurant was unhygienic and WELL below Par to the basics of what you would exect But it was the attitude of the older lady cashier When politely presented with the statement "Sorry about no tray my love... it apears there isnt any clean ones. So we will be taking just the plates through (but had to lift them due to the counter being sticky) the face of disregard and bother was the Shocking bit One human being expressimg duty of care in a polite manner was met with a shoulder shrug and disrespect Nice... well done Morisons in queenborough sheppy Please stay away That being said we hild no undue malice to food places bar the ones they should hold up Xx
