I'm up set you can see here and feel that Tim Hortons and their employees should not be charging for water if you buy a drink to be honest some of their employees don't know how to do the job they are hired for and you need water to wash out the taste that they give you when the coffee is older.
The outdoor seating has been plagued with wasps all summer long in 2023 as well as wasps due to the garbage not being emptied enough and inside building and on the donuts and employees were told about it and just ignored the wasps on the donuts . I was bit 2 times in less than 2 minutes while sitting outside , and next time I went there I got bit again while being outside . What would happen if someone would be deathly allergic and got bit .All the store did about the wasp problem was putting up a couple of traps .This was down at Tim hortons on 1st Ave nw
I bought2 farmers wraps both had next to no lettuce on it onit and not toppings on 1 half of both
Customer service was excellent and their front staff was
Although the food and service is decent, the people who hang out there are disgusting. There's a family that hang out there for 8+ hours a day. They aren't very clean, they have terrible body odour and I've even seen one of them with a wet spot on their pants. They wet themselves while sitting and then left. They swear and talk about vulgar things, definitely not a place to take young children. I'd drive the little extra and go to one of the others.
